PART VII CHAPTER XXVII - GENERAL
Section 217. Copies of proceedings.
(1) If the complainant or the accused or any person affected by a judgment or order passed or made by a Court desires to have a copy of any judgment, order, deposition or other part of the record, he shall, on applying for such copy, be furnished therewith by the Court:
Provided that he pays the prescribed fee for the same, unless the Court for some special reason thinks fit to furnish it free of costs.
(2) An application for a copy of the record may be made at any time by the Syariah Prosecutor by whom no fee shall be payable.
