PART V - OFFENCES
Section 96. Incest.
(1) Any person who has sexual intercourse with a person whom he is forbidden to marry under Hukum Shara' is guilty of the offence of incest.
(2) A male person who has committed the offence of incest of the nature set out in sub-section (1) above, on being found guilty of the offence by a competent court, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of not exceeding six months or to a fine of not exceeding one thousand dollars or' both.
(3) Any woman who is convicted by a competent court of being a participator in the offence referred to in this subsection shall be liable to the same sentence as is specified above.
