Section 15. Declaration of Prohibited Publication.

The Majlis may declare in the Gazette, any book, record, document, film, or other material of like nature as prohibited publication, if they contain any matter contrary to Hukum Shara' or doctrine of Muslim Religion or to any lawfully issued fetua.
