Section 45. Majlis may adopt regulations, etc.
In making any regulations under this part, the Majlis may, with the approval of the Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, adopt with such modifications as it deems fit any regulations, policies, circulars and directives enacted or issued by the Federal Government or State Government.
