PART VI - MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Section 35. Civil proceedings.

Notwithstanding any provisions of any written laws –

(a)

any person holding a post of Legal Officer of the State Attorney-General's Chambers authorised by the State Attorney-General, or any officer of the Corporation authorised by the Corporation, as the case may be, in that behalf; or

(b)

any person or advocate authorised by the Chairman or Deputy Chairman of the Corporation in that behalf, may institute any civil action on behalf of the Corporation or any subsidiary of the Corporation and may, on behalf of the Corporation or subsidiary of the Corporation, appear, make and do all appearances, acts and applications in respect of such action.
