Section 73. Sanction to prosecute from Chief Syarie Prosecutor.

No prosecution for any offence under section 4, 9, 10, 12, or 14 of the Syariah Criminal Offences (Takzir) (Terengganu) Enactment 2001 [Tr. En. 7/2001] shall be instituted except with the sanction of the Chief Syarie Prosecutor.
