PART II - GENERAL

Section 6. Language and record.

(1) The language of the Court shall be Bahasa Malaysia but the Court may in the interest of justice permit the use of any other languages.

(2) All documents or record of proceedings may be written or typed in Jawi or Rumi script.

(3) Every Court shall keep a full and proper record in respect of all its action or hearing, a full and proper account of its financial matter and shall account for all monies received in accordance with the provisions of this Enactment.
