Section 13. Abetment of the commission of the offence of Zina.

Any person who abets the commission of the offence of zina shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
