Section 1. Short title and commencement
(1) This Enactment may be cited as the
Mufti
and
Fatwa
(Kedah Darul Aman) Enactment 2008.
(2) This Enactment shall come into force on a date to be appointed by His Royal Highness the Sultan by notification in the
Gazette.
