PART IV - BOARD

Section 13. Tenure of the Board, termination and resignation of members.

(1) Unless as otherwise provided in this Enactment, a Board shall continue to exist for the length of the school's registration period and if there is a vacancy for any reason in the Board, it shall within 30 days after consultation with the Religious Administrative Officer submit the name of the substitute for consideration and appointment by the Registrar.

(2) The Registrar shall have the powers to terminate the membership of a member other than the members appointed pursuant to subsection 11(4) without giving any reason.

(3) Members of the Board may at any time resign from being a member by submitting a written notice addressed to the Chairman or the Secretary of the Board with a copy thereof to the Registrar.
