Section 5. Appointment of the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of Religious Affairs, and Secretary of the Majlis.

The Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan may, on the advice of the Menteri Besar, by notification in the Gazette, appoint a Commissioner of Religious Affairs, Deputy Commissioner of Religious Affairs, and a Secretary of the Majlis.
