Section 7. Appeals
An officer who has been found guilty of a disciplinary offence by the Disciplinary Committee may appeal against such decision to the Disciplinary Appeal Committee established in accordance with Part II of the Second Schedule and the provisions of that Part shall apply to, and be complied with by, the Disciplinary Appeal Committee.
