Section 95. Infirm and diseased persons.

(1) Any person who is incapacitated by infirmity or disease from supporting himself may by application to the Court of a Kadi obtain an order against any person liable under Hukum Syara'

to support him to pay from time to time in respect of his maintenance any amount as may be reasonable.

(2) Lack of means in the respondent shall be sufficient defence to such application.
