Section 88. Mosques where Friday prayer may be held.

(1) For the purpose of this Enactment, the mosques declared under subsection (2), and no others, are mosques where Friday prayers may be held.

(2) The Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan may from time to time, declare by order published in the Gazette, the mosques where Friday prayer may be held.
