PART XXXIII – GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 237. Certified copies.
(1) The Registrar may on reasonable ground supply to any person a certified copy of any document, and, with the consent of the Court, any notes of evidence.
(2) The Court may upon proof of loss of any document issued by the Court order that a copy be issued upon such terms as may be just.
