Section 69. Publication of list of wakaf, nazar and trust property.

As soon as possible after the 31st day of December in every year the Majlis shall prepare, issue and publish in the Gazette a list of all properties, investments and assets vested in the Majlis, subject to any trust, wakaf or nazar and not forming part of the Fund of the Majlis.
