PART IV - REGISTRATION OF ISLAMIC SCHOOLS

Section 15. Deregistration.

(1) The Registrar shall notify the Board of any non-compliance of any donditions specified in the Certificate of Registration or any other instructions issued by him and shall instruct the Board to rectify such non-compliance.

(2) Failure to comply with such instructions may result in the cancellation of the instrucment and the Certificate of Registration of the said Islamic School.

(3) Any Board whore Islamic School has been deregistered under this section may, on satisfying the Registrar that the non-compliance specified in the Registrar's instructions has been rectified, apply for re-registration of the Islamic School.
