PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE
Section 21. Seal.
(1) Every court shall have and use such seal or stamp as the Ruler shall approve.
(2) Process of such court shall issue under the seal of the court and the authenticated by the Chief Syarie Judge, Kadi or Court Registrar.
(3) All summonses, warrants, orders, directions, notices and any process whether civil or criminal issued or made by any court which deals with a matter or thing within its jurisdiction shall have full force and effect and can be served or effected in any place in the State.
