Section 50. Construction of instruments.
If in the opinion of the Majlis the meaning or effect of any instrument or declaration creating or affecting any wakaf or nazr is obscure or uncertain, the Majlis may refer the same to the Mufti for his opinion as to the meanings or effect thereof, and shall act on any opinion so given by the Mufti.
