Section 119. When witness need to be examined.

Whenever witness had given syahadah the Judge shall examine him to determine the truth of his evidence.

Explanation - If the Judge says that witness is truthful or that the witness is adil but the witness had forgotten a fact or, he says that a witness is adil but the witness denies the claim, a decision cannot be given by the Judge, unless he had earlier ascertained that the witness is or not adil by examining him in open court or secretly.
