PART VI - FINANCIAL Accounts
Section 69. Accounts and audit.
(1) The Majlis shall keep proper accounts and records and shall prepare in respect of each financial year a statement of accounts.
(2) The accounts of the Majlis shall be audited by the Auditor-General.
(3) So soon as its accounts have been audited, the Majlis shall publish in the Gazette the statement of accounts (as audited under this section) and a list of all properties held by or vested in the Majlis (whether forming part of the Fund or otherwise).
