Section 36. Contravention of section 32

Any person who contravenes section 32 commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both; and for a second or subsequent offence shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
