PART IV - RELIGIOUS COURTS
Section 36. Time.
The Court may fix, and may at any time extend or shorten the time for doing any act or thing, and in default of compliance with any or thing, and in default of compliance with any order so made may proceed as if the party in default had not appeared.
Provided that the power to extend the period of appeal shall only be exercised by the Appeal Committee.
