PART V - MISCELLANEOUS OFFENCES RELATING TO PUBLIC JUSTICE AND SECURITY
| (1) Any person who is appoined an Amil under the law for the time being in force who fails to deliver his collection as required by the law or regulation in respect thereof is guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both. (2) A conviction under this section shall not operate to extinguish the liability of the said Amil to Baitulmal. |
