Section 164. Power to revise.
(1) If any Judge of the Syariah Lower Court after delivering his decision is of the opinion that his decision is incorrect, he may apply to the Syariah High Court to revise the decision for the purpose of satisfying himself as to the correctness, legality for propriety of any finding.
(2) The Syariah High Court may call for and examine the record of any proceedings before any Syariah Lower Court for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the correctness, legality or propriety of any finding, sentence or order recorded or passed and as to be regularity of any proceedings of such Court.
