PART I – PRELIMINARY

Section 1. Short title and commencement.

(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Civil Procedure Enactment 1993 and applies only to Muslims in the State of Sabah.

(2) This Enactment shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
