Section 29. Summons how served.
(1) The summons shall be served personally on the person summoned by showing him the original summons and by tendering or delivering to him a copy thereof under the seal of the Court.
(2) Every person on whom a summons is so served shall if so required by the serving officer sign a receipt for the copy thereof on the back of the original summons.
