PART VIII - GENERAL MATTERS
Section 57. Repeal.
(1) Part IX of the Enactment shall cease to apply to the State of Penang and shall to that extent be deemed to have been repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding the repeal of Part IX of the Enactment (the “repealed Part”) all proceedings under that repealed Part, including any appeal from any Court under the repealed Part shall be continued as if this Enactment had not been passed.
