PART XXIX - MONIES, INVESTED FUNDS AND PROPERTY IN COURT
Section 218. Remittance by post.
(1) The Registrar may in his discretion and if so requested remit by post any money to be paid out of Court.
(2) He shall in such a case take an appropriate receipt for the money before remitting the same and the remittance shall be in all respects at the payee's risk.
