Section 35. Qatlul-al-khata’.
Whoever without an intention of causing death or injury causes the death of a person by doing an act which not anticipated to cause the death of such person or any person or by doing an unlawful act which later becomes the cause for the death of such person is said to commit qatlul-al-khata’.
