PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 3. Application.

Except as is otherwise expressly provided, this Enactment shall apply to all persons who profess the religion of Islam who temporarily reside in the State and to all persons who profess the religion of Islam and who are residents in the State but temporarily reside outside the State.
