PART VI - CONVERSION TO ISLAM

Section 68. Capacity of convert.

For the purpose of this Part, a person who is not a Muslim any convert to Islam if he attains the age of baligh according to Islamic law and provided that if a person is below eighteen (18) years of age enactment shall be obtained from the parents of his guardian.
