Section 60. Particulars.
(1) If any pleading does not contain sufficient particulars, the Court may of its own motion or on application of any party order the party responsible to file and cause to be served further and better particulars, and may stay all proceedings pending compliance.
(2) Further and better particulars may be filed and served on request without order.
