PART XIX – EXECUTION
Section 153. Payment out.
Subject to the provisions of any written law, any sums paid into Court by a bailiff to the credit of any person shall be paid out to him on his application without any order :
Provided that the Registrar may in his discretion in any case, and shall, if he has notice that any other person claims the sum in question or part thereof, require the applicant to obtain an order of the Court before making payment.
