PART VII - MAINTENANCE OF DEPENDANTS
Section 133. Application.
(1) The Married Women and Children (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1950 [F. of M. Ord. No. 36 of 1950], shall not apply in the State to any person professing the Muslim religion and whose wife or whose child professes the Muslim religion except in respect of the maintenance of illegitimate children.
(2) This Part shall apply only to claims made by a Muslim against a Muslim.
