ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW ENACTMENT 2005
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title and commencement
(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Islamic Family Law Enactment 2005.
(2) This Enactment comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the State Authority by notification in the
Gazette.
