PART VII - GENERAL EXCEPTIONS

Section 49. Act done pursuant to the judgement or order of a Court.

Nothing is an offence which is done in pursuance of, or which is warranted by the judgement or order of, a Court if done whilst such judgement or order remains in force, not withstanding that the Court may have no jurisdiction to pass such judgement or order, if the person doing the act in good faith believes that the Court had such jurisdiction.
