PART I - PRELIMINARY


Section 1. Short title and application.

(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Crimes (Syariah) Enactment 1992.

(2) Save as is otherwise expressly provided this Enactment shall apply to all Muslims who are in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan.
