Section 71. When doubt arises, Chief Syar'ie Judges to decide.

Whenever any doubt arises as to the Court by which any offence should, under the preceding provisions of this Chapter, be tried, the Chief Syar'ie Judge may decide by which Court the offence shall be tried.
