PART XIX - EXECUTION

Section 153. Return.

(1) The bailiff shall make a return in the form provided to every order for execution as soon as he as completed the execution as soon as he has completed the execution and shall deliver to the judgment creditor a copy thereof.

(2) The judgment creditor shall have the right to inspect and copy any inventory of property, sale account, voucher, or other document relating to the execution.
