Section 3. Appointment of Registrar and Deputy Registrars.

The Majlis may, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri, appoint-

(a) a Registrar of Islamic Schools; and

(b) such number of Deputy Registrars of Islamic Schools as may be required.
