PART IV - FINANCIAL Accounts
Section 97. Wakaf and Nazr property.
The said annual balance sheet, income and expenditure account and list of investments shall prior to the issue thereof be audited and certified as correct by an auditor appointed by the Ruler in Council. A copy of the auditor's certificate shall be annexed to all caples of the report and accounts as issued.
