Section 8. Non-liability of members of the Corporation.

A member of the Corporation or any committee thereof shall not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of any act or omission in the administration of the affairs of the Corporation except for loss or damage caused by any act or omission done wrongfully with knowledge on his part.
