PART XXV - INTERPLEADER



Section 194. Where allowed.

Where any person (in this Part called "the applicant") is sued or expects to be sued by any two or more persons for or in respect of any debt or property in which he claims be interest otherwise than for charges and costs, and the persons claim adversely to one another, the applicant may seek relief by way of interpleader in the Court in which he has been sued or, if not yet sued, in any Court in which he might be sued.
