Section 35. Protection against suits and legal proceedings.
An action shall not lie and prosecution shall not be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against the State Government, Advisory Board, Department, Majlis, Director, Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Inspector of Schools, authorised person, police officer or servants of the State Government, Advisory Board, Department or Majlis for anything done or omitted to do done under this Enactment-
(a) in good faith;
(b) in the reasonable belief that it was necessary for the purpose intended to be served hereby; or
(c) for carrying into effect the provision of this Enactment.
