PART VIII - MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE

Section 102. Majlis to prescribe forms, certificates and fees.

(1) The Majlis shall prescribe the forms of registers to be kept, certificates to be issued and fees to be paid under sections 87, 92 and 95 of this Enactment.

(2) All fees collected under the provisions of this part of this Enactment shall be disposed of in accordance with the rules made under this Enactment.
