Section 10. Appointment of Chief Registrar, Registrar and Deputy Registrars and Assistant Registrars.

The Yang di-Pertua Negeri may, on the recommendation of State Chief Syar'ie Judge, appoint from amongst members of State public service a Chief Registrar of the Syariah Appeal Court, a Registrar and Deputy Registrars of the Syariah High Court, and Assistant Registrars of the Syariah Subordinate Courts.
