CHAPTER 3 - AFFIDAVITS


Section 113. Form of affidavits.

(1) An affidavit shall be in Form MS 26.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Court may, in its discretion, accept an affidavit notwithstanding any irregularity in the form thereof.
