PART IV - COURT OF KADI
Section 18. Appointment of Kadi.
(1) His Highness the Sultan may, on the advice of the majlis, appoint any fit and proper person to be a Kadi for the prescribed district.
(2) The appointment of Kadi shall be published in the Gazette.
