Section 24. Marriage certificate and ta’liq certificate
(1) Upon registering any marriage and upon payment to him of the prescribed fees, the Registrar shall issue marriage certificates in the prescribed form to both parties to the marriage.
(2) The Registrar shall also, upon payment of the prescribed fees, issue a ta’liq certificate in the prescribed form to both parties to the marriage.
